VAMPS fourth single is the single cut of Sweet Dreams, which was included in their self-titled album. Hyde especially wrote the song to thank all fans. A special unplugged version of Sweet Dreams is included as a side track.

First Press Limited Edition comes with a DVD containing the music video of Sweet Dreams, which features footage from VAMPS' US tour, and making footage.
